Health for Africa, Today
MAHATODAY was born out of a deep personal loss and a relentless drive to prevent others from suffering the same fate. Great Otosin, a passionate and determined young man from Eket, Akwa Ibom State, watched helplessly as his father battled illness for years. Despite exhausting all financial resources—going bankrupt and even borrowing money—his father never recovered and ultimately passed away in 2006. This heartbreaking experience sparked a lifelong mission: to ensure no one else suffers due to a lack of access to proper healthcare and clean water.
In 2007, Great Otosin made a groundbreaking discovery: water crisis is the leading cause of diseases and premature deaths worldwide. Harmful chemicals like chlorine and fluoride, commonly used in water treatment, contribute to various health conditions. However, he found that enhancing water with Alkaforce and Iomin could neutralize these harmful substances and add over 70 essential minerals, making it safe and beneficial for consumption.
Determined to share this life-saving knowledge, he founded Daily Lifesavers—a holistic health organization focused on helping vulnerable Nigerians regain their health. What started as a personal quest soon became a movement. For over 17 years, Great Otosin and his team have traveled across Nigeria and beyond, reaching over 1,000 communities and saving more than 100,000 lives—completely free of charge.
Our work includes:
- Providing free holistic health interventions to people suffering from chronic illnesses, including HIV and cancer.
- Donating boreholes to communities facing severe water crises.
- Distributing food, shelter, and medical support to those in need.
To expand this mission, Great Otosin launched MAHA Today (Make Africa Healthy Again), an initiative dedicated to rescuing African communities from preventable diseases and poor living conditions. With the right support, Daily Lifesavers believes that over 50% of sick individuals can regain perfect health within 90 days.
From the villages of Cross River, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, Delta, Kogi, Akwa Ibom, to their most recent mission in Cameroon, Daily Lifesavers remains committed to its vision: a world where no one suffers due to a lack of health education, clean water, or medical support.

Our journey continues, and we invite you to be part of this movement. Together, we can build a healthier, stronger Africa.
